Grow up
This is to you that is asking: Am I alone?
Yes, because you are ultimately responsible for your life!
And its maybe time you grow up and take responsibility for your life and not put it into the hands of gods, deities, institutions or people, and stop holding them responsible for what happens to you.
Once you take full responsibility for everything you do, and receive in life, you will feel at last that you have a choice, power, freedom and a purpose.
Its that moment when the nukie and diaper fall away, the shaping of your life can begin. According to you, and not anyone else.
Can that be scary? Sure, yet it is empowering as well.
The waiting for someone or something to happen is useless, it depends on you. Full stop. On you alone.
Its your actions that shape your life.
You can deny, repress, distort, and bury your unresolved wounds all you want, and hope for someone to come and resolve it for you.
It wont happen.
You can re-frame them, pseudo-positivity them, detach from them, spiritual bypass them.
It wont help.
You can re-name yourself, hide away in a monastery, turn your story around.
Its useless
And you can spend all your money on superficial healing practices and hocus pocus practitioners.
Wont do it
You can change countries, partners as much as you want.
It wont change a thing, if you don’t do the deeper work to unearth and heal your primary wounds.
And there is nothing and no one that can do it for you!
You can have 100 people walk with you, and a 1000 different lucky charms and countless prayers. Walking the walk is just yours, and only yours. Full stop
No more excuses. If something doesnt change its because you didnt.
If you dont start dealing with your stuff, your stuff will deal with you, and it will show in many ways in your life and manifest itself.
Step up and grow up
Step away from false hopes
Step out of the blame game
Step in to a life that you direct
What is left is not emptiness, but ownership!
Unite with what will be ultimately yours, and yours alone.
Ownership of your choices, of your wounds, of your direction.
Uncomfortable
Demanding
Free
Do you relate?
Lets-Talk about it
Namaste
Stefan
