💡 Who This Mentorship Is For

• The Private Serenity Mentorship is a one-to-one, personalised transformation program for individuals seeking depth, clarity, and balance in life.

• It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. I am not a licensed medical professional and I do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions.

• If you require medical or psychological support, please seek advice from a qualified professional. Our work can complement — not replace — such care.

📅 What’s Included in Your 8-Month Mentorship

• Start-Off Consultation — A private 4-hour deep-dive session into your current state and goals (can be split into two 2-hour sessions).

• Weekly 1-on-1 Sessions — 45-minute live video calls each week, guiding you through the 8 steps of the program.

• Tailored Exercises — Practical, personalised steps for you to integrate between sessions.

• Direct, Private Access — Encrypted WhatsApp contact for questions, sharing, or support between sessions.

• Adaptive Approach — The pace and depth of the program are adjusted to your needs and life circumstances.

• After-Care Mentoring — Four months of additional support after the main program ends, with up to 6 hours in total (in 15-minute segments).

🌱 About Results

• Every journey is unique. No specific results can be guaranteed — progress depends on your commitment, willingness, and circumstances.

🗓️ Scheduling & Attendance

• Weekly sessions are scheduled in advance.

• Missed sessions are considered delivered unless rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• After-Care Mentoring hours must be used within the agreed four months and cannot be carried forward.

💳 Fees & Payment

Additional Notes:

• All fees are non-refundable once the mentorship has been booked and confirmed.

• Payment plans may be possible if agreed in writing before the program begins.

• The mentorship is a personal commitment — missing or discontinuing sessions does not reduce the fee.

❌ If I Must End the Mentorship Early

• I may end the mentorship if:

  • Important medical or psychological information has been withheld or misrepresented.

  • Behaviour is abusive, disruptive, or incompatible with the process.

• In such cases, no refund will be provided.

🕊️ If I Need to Reschedule

• If I must reschedule due to illness, emergency, or events beyond my control, I will offer new dates promptly and in good faith.

⚖️ Responsibility & Safety

• You remain responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the program.

• I cannot be held liable for illness, injury, accident, property damage, or loss — except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

🔒 Confidentiality

• All personal information you share with me is treated in confidence, unless the law requires disclosure or to prevent harm.

📜 Governing Law

• This agreement follows the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., Cyprus/EU Law], with any disputes handled in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
