These notes help us both start our On-Site Immersion days with a clear, shared understanding. They’re here to protect the flow of the work, set healthy boundaries, and make the most of our time together — while keeping the spirit of this journey warm and personal.

💡 Who Can Join

• The On-Site Immersion is an exclusive addition for those already enrolled in the 8-Month Private Serenity Mentorship.

• It’s not available as a standalone offer and cannot be booked on its own.

🧘 What This Experience Is

• A personal, in-depth journey of guidance, reflection, and transformation.

• It is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or psychiatric care. I’m not a licensed medical professional and I do not diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions.

• If you ever need medical or psychological advice, please consult a qualified professional — our work is here to complement, not replace, that support.

🌊 What You’ll Receive On-Site

• Private In-Person Guidance — 1-on-1 sessions in a location you’ve chosen.

• Full-Day Mentorship — up to 8 hours per day of conversation, exercises, and integration work, with the structure and flow of the day arranged at my discretion, always adapting to your pace and needs.

• Tailored to You — bringing the 8-Month Mentorship tools into your own surroundings, adapting them to your lifestyle and immediate needs.

• Optional Extras — if you wish, we can weave in:

  • Hypnosis

  • NLP sessions

  • Reiki & energy work

  • Meditation practices

• Real-Life Integration — direct support in bringing what you learn into your daily life, relationships, and work.

• Brief Reflection Access — short check-ins or clarifications during the On-Site Immersion days (not before or after).

• All sessions are personally guided by me, unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

🌱 About Results

• Every journey is unique. I can’t promise specific outcomes — your progress will always be shaped by your commitment and circumstances.

🗓️ Scheduling & Attendance

• Dates for the On-Site Immersion are agreed together and confirmed in writing.

• Missed hours or days are forfeited — they will not be rescheduled, carried forward, or replaced.

💳 Fees & Payment

Additional Notes:

• All expenses (travel, accommodation, meals, venue costs) are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Once booked and confirmed, the On-Site Immersion fee is non-refundable. This is because travel and accommodation arrangements for these dates are often non-refundable.

• Missing or leaving early from the On-Site Immersion does not reduce or waive the fee.

✈️ Travel & Arrangements

• You’re responsible for your travel, accommodation, and related arrangements.

• Please confirm these with me at least 30 days before we meet.

❌ If You Need to Cancel

• After the 14-day legal cancellation period, your booking can’t be cancelled except where law requires.

• Missing or leaving early from the On-Site Immersion does not reduce the fee.

🚫 If I Must End the Immersion Early

• In rare cases, I may need to stop the immersion if:

  • Important medical or psychological information has been withheld or misrepresented.

  • Behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or incompatible with the process.

• In such cases, no refund will be given.

🕊️ If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule

If I must cancel due to illness, emergency, or events beyond my control (e.g., natural disaster, travel disruption, government restrictions):

• We can reschedule to a new date,

• Or I can offer an alternative service of equal value,

• Or, if part of the immersion can’t be delivered, a partial refund for the undelivered portion.

⚖️ Responsibility & Safety

• You are fully responsible for your physical and mental well-being during all activities.

• I cannot be held liable for any illness, injury, accident, property damage, or loss — except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

🔒 Confidentiality

• Everything you share with me stays private, unless the law requires disclosure or to prevent harm.

📜 Governing Law

• This agreement follows the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., Cyprus/EU Law], with any disputes handled in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
